They say the more you put into something, the more you get out – and the latest feedback questionnaire we’ve designed is certainly evidence of that.

Following the redesign of Nottinghamshire Healthcare’s Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) questionnaire there has been a significant increase in service-user and family feedback.

“A highly-targeted visual and textual tone, with easy-to-read and complete layout, will always increase service-user or customer response,” said SHOUT!PR Partner, Sarah Monsoon.

“We were very happy with these new forms for CAMHS. They were well received by our client – and we know they will be well used by theirs. More importantly we’re confident that they will help service-users to get involved and shape the services they are using.”
