Forest v Derby Match Proves 'Just the Ticket' in Social Media Project
Our own social media study enjoyed a boost recently, thanks to Label Traders and the donation of a VIP ticket to one of the local football season's highlights - Forest v Derby at the City Ground.
We used the ticket to promote a social media-based competition that would demonstrate the media's potential in generating visits to the Label Traders website and ultimately customers through the doors of its Sutton-in-Ashfield based factory shop.
In just a few hours' work over a 4 day period, and with an advertising budget of just £30 we generated 95 additional fans on Facebook and 24 new followers on twitter.
