Design-based communications:

1. Once you have approved our quotation, we agree a brief, and provide you with a production schedule, that fits in with your deadline(s).
   
   
2. We provide 2/3 visual options following a clear initial brief in which we identify your preferences and objectives.
   
   
3. You choose your preferred option and feed in your own likes and dislikes.
   
   
4. We work in the full content to the agreed/preferred design.
   
   
5. You have the first full visuals for approximately 1-2 weeks to pass amongst your key people.
   
   
6. We make amends as required, and send proofs back to you, electronically, for you to check over*.
   
   
7. When you are 100% happy with your proof we will ask you to sign it off ready for print/publish/upload.

* This process may be repeated as often as required but further cost may incurred following 2 electronic proofing stages with authors amends.

Media Relations:
Once you have approved our quotation, we agree a brief and provide you with an activity schedule to achieve your aims and objectives.

For example:

1. We will write copy following full and thorough discussions and briefs from key people in your organisation, as required, and provide all work for your feedback and approval.
   
   
2. We will contact your key media on your behalf, and field any enquiries or opportunities that they present to us before liaising with the relevant key person in your organisation or team.
   
   
3. We will organise photography on your behalf, issue media releases, advertising, editorial or liaise over feature competitions, as and when required.
   
   
4. We can produce graphics to support editorial, as and when required.
